ENGAGE, EDUCATE, & EMPOWER

We, The Leela Project, feel that the first step to reaching the next generation is to “Engage” with our youth. We also believe wisdom is power and as we “Educate” this next generation of youth, we hope to give them the opportunity to surprise the world with their intellectual capabilities. Lastly we strive to “Empower” our youth with confidence and a sense of purpose with the hopes they will successfully face the challenges of our world.

MEET JAMES

A mother reached out to us to let us know that her son’s father had passed away due to complications from covid. The news broke our hearts. Her son James was one of our favorites. We knew we needed to act fast. We needed to make sure he knew that we had his back and that he was not alone. We knew from working with James that he loved YouTube and that music was his life. After receiving permission from his mom we decided that we should make his dream come true by helping him shoot his first Youtube Video.

MEET JONATHAN

This is Jonathan, one of the foster boys The Leela Project has been working with. Being that he is on his own and looking for work, I would like to encourage ALL OF YOU to please donate to the Leela Project so that we can continue help him over the next few months as he transitions into adulthood. He’s hardworking, smart, and super respectful. I have no doubt in my mind that he’ll be great, he just needs a little help along the way.
