COMmunity action partnership
The Riverside County Board of Supervisors, is the final authority and responsible for policy decisions. The Executive Director assists in the day to day operations. The Community Action Commission (CAC). It is a tripartite board composed of 1/3 public, 1/3 private and 1/3 low-income representatives from the community. The majority of the meetings are at the Banning Senior Center at 7:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month

OLive Crest
In 1973, Dr. Donald and Lois Verleur took in four teenage girls and opened what they believed to be the first home for children in Orange County, California.
